Supervision

Supervision, for me, is a continuous process of developing therapeutic skills for both the supervisee and the supervisor. As a supervisor I have access to a multitude of cases and different perspectives with which the supervisees present themselves.
It is an honor for me to be invited to participate in their process and to work together in the difficult moments of the therapeutic process.
Supervision can be individual, through meetings between supervisor and supervisee. These meetings can take place physically or online by appointment.
Group supervision is organized monthly in a closed group (maximum 6 participants) for 10 months/year. Occasionally, a group supervision is organized for a single day in which any interested person can participate.
In Sandplay therapy, there is a requirement to have at least 2 supervisors and to have both individual sessions (30 hours) and group sessions (50 hours). In group supervision, the supervisee is invited to be active by presenting clinical material at least 10 times (in 50 hours of supervision). These requirements are intended to help the supervisee develop his own work style by experimenting with different supervisors.
